Terms of service

1. Service

Aayu Civil PM is a multi-tenant SaaS for civil construction project management. We provide what's on /pricing; nothing more, nothing less. Marketing copy elsewhere is informational, not a binding feature commitment.

2. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your authenticated session: keep magic links private, enable 2FA, revoke offboarding members promptly. We expose the tools (TOTP, WebAuthn, audit log) so you can do this — using them is your call.

3. Acceptable use

  • Don't use Aayu to store data you have no right to (PII you didn't collect, IP that isn't yours).
  • Don't pen-test or fuzz our infrastructure without writing to security@aayu.app first.
  • Don't use the public API to scrape competitor data or to circumvent rate limits.

4. Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew at the cycle you selected (monthly or annual). Razorpay is the merchant of record. Cancel at any time from /settings/billing; access continues until the end of the cycle you've already paid for. Free trials don't carry over from prior tenancies; one trial per organization.

5. Service levels

Best-effort uptime on all paid plans; Enterprise contracts can include a numeric SLA with credits. Status page lives at our hosting provider; tracked at the email we sign your contract with.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If you need a higher cap, talk to sales — we negotiate that into Enterprise contracts.

7. Termination

Either party can end the relationship anytime. After cancellation we hold your data for 90 days (so you can come back without losing context), then hard-delete it. You can self-serve a full export from /settings/privacy before then.

8. Governing law

India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [city] — confirm with counsel before going live.

9. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes 30 days in advance via the in-app banner + billing-email-of-record. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
